GRS successfully completed works on the Prestons Farm, Eagle Hall project in Swinderby near Lincoln for JMH Construction.
This project compromised of five high-specification barn conversions using recycled stone and timber donated from Lincoln Cathedral for each home. While modernly designed, the barn conversions are rooted in history. The Estate was once the home of the Knights Templar preceptor, who during the 12th and 13th centuries are understood to have had links with the cathedral.
The barns situated in an exclusive development, offer a quiet scenic experience with a range of local amenities for residents nearby. The barns have been designed to a premium level, with high specification fit outs, and the use of Bi-fold doors to bring in natural light.
Prestons Farm have had family associations for over 100 years in the area over four generations, and each barn name has been created by the great grandchildren of the Prestons family.
