Rotherham College - Clifton Building

GRS are pleased to be working for Lindum Construction on the remodel, repurpose, and upgrade project at Rotherham College’s Clifton Building. The project focuses on creating state-of-the-art facilities for Brick and Joinery students, as well as Advanced Professional Construction learners.

These enhanced facilities will benefit both new and current students, who previously used spaces separate from the main Rotherham College campus, where the Clifton Building is located.

As part of this project, GRS will be responsible for the installation of comprehensive electrical services, including: Distribution, Power, Lighting and Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Intruder Alarm Systems and Data Infrastructure

This upgrade is designed to ensure that students enjoy a modern, high-quality learning environment.
